How much is the delivery?
It's free for address in the European Union and € 1.19 per item for non-European countries.

Where do the books ship from?
Lisbon, Portugal.

Do they have tracking?
No. No order is sent with tracking.

Why is my country not on the list?
If your country is not on the list, sent us a message to check availability.

When will my order arrive?
It can vary between three business days to three weeks, depending on your address and postal company.

Which payment types do you accept?
We accept payments made with the following cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Maestro and others. We also accept EPS, iDEAL, P24, Bancontact or Przelewy24.

Do prices include tax?
Yes, all orders have a 6% tax.

Do you charge for pre-orders up front?
Yes, we currently charge for pre-orders in advance.

Are items dispatched together or in separate packages?
We ship items together, even if just one of the items is a pre-order. We will email you to let you know when your items have been dispatched.

Can I suggest or recommend a book for you to carry?
Yes. We are interested in offering manga that are bilingual, without speech bubbles or in English that are different, alternative, rare, old and new. Sent us a message.
