About the Magazine

"Galette" is an independent yuri comic magazine that contains yuri from various genres such as manga and illustration. We want to draw a story-oriented romance between girls! We want to deliver high quality yuri constantly! The yuri comic magazine "Galette" was planned by a group of yuri artists who agree with this desire.

Since its first issue in Japan on February 12, 2017, the magazine has been published 4 times a year, and this year marks its 8th anniversary. We are pleased to announce this translated version of the magazine so that people overseas can experience Galette's works! This is a limited edition version of a selection of Galette's gems from the past.The main authors are "Milk Morinaga," "Mera Hakamada," "Haru Yatosaki," "Miyuki Yorita," "Moto Momono," "Ringo Hamano," "Izumi Kitta," and "Nekohariko 22.

About the Artists

Moto Momono
"The Fox Lord's Bride ~ Taisho Romance Chronicles" is currently being serialized on Comic Cmoa, a comprehensive e-book site in Japan; also available on MangaPlaza, one of the largest digital manga stores in the US! "Liberty," written by voice actress Izumi Tachibanada, is being serialized on Galette. She is also actively publishing yuri works such as "Rain and Beyond You" and "Yunagi Marblet".

Izumi Kitta
She is a female voice actress in Japan. She is also active as a gyoza critic. She lists gyoza research, gyoza making, and yuri as her hobbies. Since 2017, she has written the original manga "Liberty" with Momono Moto in Galette.

Milk Morinaga
She is an incomparable cat lover and volunteers to find foster homes for shelter cats. This is reflected in the style of "My Cute Little Kitten", a long-running serialization in Galette. Her representative work "GIRL FRIENDS" has been published in Taiwan, Korea, the U.S., France, Russia, and other countries, and has many overseas fans.

Mera Hakamada
She has a delicate touch and cute style in paintings, but also specializes in serious stories. She also publishes doujinshi under the circle name "Gyakugire Deka", and is regularly active in the joint circle "Myaogire Deka" with Milk Morinaga.
Her representative works in Galette include "Fluffy, fuzzy, dreamy."

Haru Yatosaki
New Serialization "My Girlfriend is Devilishly" is currently being serialized in Kodansha. Short story collection, "You Who Shines Brightest Inside Me". Her representative works are "Amichan's Diary", "Two Arcadia" and other short stories. She is a big rabbit lover.

Miyuki Yorita
Currently writing "That Woman in the Infirmary" in Galette. She is active in a wide variety of genres, including a live-action short movie adaptation of her yuri work "Infectious Libido". Her representative works include "Between Pillier and Eros". In July 2024, he held and participated in the "Girl Girl group exhibition", an exhibition of 4 yuri artists.

Nekohariko 22
She has produced many comedic yuri works with an adorable poppy style. In Galette, she published a compilation of her works such as "Fall in Love Twice" and "Only Want You to Show Me". She is very dexterous with her hands, and can make an "oshi stuffie" related to Galette in the blink of an eye.

Ringo Hamano
She has published "Cotton Candy" and "Sorairo Melancholic (2 volumes)" from Galette under the name of Ringo Hamano. She is currently working on a publication project with AMAK, a Vietnamese publisher. She specializes in yuri works that give a gentle impression with her light and delicate style.
